Are Katie Holmes and Victoria Beckham about to end their short-lived term as BFFs? A source close to the girls has told British newspaper, the Daily Mail that their friendship is already on the rocks.

Last week, gossips were claiming that Victoria was set to become Katie's style advisor for her upcoming wedding to Tom Cruise. But has Vctoria already let her position go to her head? The source for the Daily Mail claims Holmes was offended when Beckham suggested that she try to lose some more baby weight before walking down the aisle on November 18.

The insider says, "Victoria didn't mean any harm, she just wanted to help Katie look her best for her big day. She offered to share her diet secrets but Katie immediately got defensive, saying she didn't need any advice. Katie is really proud of the weight she's managed to lose since giving birth to Suri in April and she doesn't think she has to lose any more."

Weight loss wasn't Victoria's only suggestion to Katie. She also proposed that Katie ask Tom to cut his hair before the nuptials. Says the source, "Vic pointed out that Katie will have to live with his hair in the wedding photos for the rest of her life. She recommended Katie ask Tom to get a new, fashionable haircut like David."
