In the early hours of Wednesday morning, Paris was involved in a fight with ex-beauty queen Shanna Moakler at Hyde nightclub.
Shanna allegedly shouted abuse at Paris and punched her on the jaw after learning that the heiress had recently kissed her ex-husband, Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker.
Shanna now claims she did not touch Hilton.
Interview with US TV show EXTRA, Shanna Moakler categorically stated that she did not punch Paris Hilton.
"I absolutely did not punch Paris Hilton," she said.
TMZ cameras were also on hand last night, when Paris and Nicole broke bread at Dan Tana's Steakhouse in West Hollywood. The pair arrived together in Paris' Range Rover and caused a frenzy at the front door. And after their meal, the newly reunited pair shared a little tender text-messaging time on a bench at the valet stand before zooming off into the night.
In other Paris Hilton news, Hilton visited the offices of famed personal voice coach Seth Riggs in West Hollywood last week. Riggs has previously worked with Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and ... Milli Vanilli reports TMZ
Riggs told TMZ that Paris is working with his daughter, Rachel, to help her develop a more complete sound. He said that Paris is surprisingly shy when she sings, but, Riggs says, "she's getting there."
In other Nicole Richie news, Richie, who recently dumped Brody Jenner, showed off a new mystery man over the weekend in Los Angeles.

Paris Hilton is frantic to rid herself of the most hated personality and become the richest most popular star ever! She will be promoting herself as repentful and kind, all the bad mistakes she made as as youthful indiscretions, as she is all grown up and loving now? Hahaha. We don't buy it. She's a major liar and nutjob. Too bad Richie is in the same despised by the public boat with her and they cancel each other out. I doubt even Mr. T's show "I pitty the fool" could help her or Nicole at this point.
