Nicole Richie gets over one ex with help from another

Brody Jenner may have told People magazine that he and Nicole Richie are still on good terms after their abrupt break up, but it didn’t look that way last week at a Hollywood party. Richie reportedly had a bit of a breakdown when she ran into Brody and his new girlfriend, “The Hills�? star, Lauren Conrad (L.C.) at an event for Target.

The party took place last Thursday at Area and Richie’s ex-fiancé, DJ AM was spinning. Richie was handling the run in with both of her exes well, but didn’t feel the same way about Lauren. A spy on the scene said Conrad was dishing out “in-your-face friendliness�? to Richie, who was unable to control her discomfort with the situation.
