Nick's on-stage antics get Vanessa jealous

Being a pop star, Nick Lachey has a bit of an obligation to his adoring female fans to appear open to their advances. And the attention doesn't seem to bother the newly-divorced 32-year-old. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for Nick's girlfriend, 25-year-old Vanessa Minnillo.

According to Star magazine, Vanessa was visibly irked by Nick's behavior during his concert at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City on October 8th. That night, Nick brought an attractive woman from the audience onstage so that he could serenade her. Star reports, "Nick was sweating and swooning over the mysterious woman. At one point he was even stroking her face and her hair! Vanessa meanwhile seemed like she was "putting on laughter" says an onlooker. Vanessa was overheard shouting, 'I love it!' She was clapping her hands together with faux glee, the onlooker added."

Later at the after party for the show, Nick met up with the "mystery woman." She was invited into the VIP area where she chatted with Nick, while Nick ignored Vanessa (who was sitting away from him). An onlooker told Star, "He seemed more preoccupied with talking to other people [then Vanessa]." The magazine reports, "When the two finally did sit together they looked lovey-dovey until Bad Boy Nick turned on the charm elsewhere. Each time a girl came over to talk to Nick, Vanessa would stare them down and sit their quietly pouting until they left."

Still for all the jealousy Nick stirred up in Vanessa that night, she seems to have confidence in their future together. When a source for Star asked Minnillo if her romance with Nick was headed toward the altar, she said, "Things are going really, really good. We're really good."
