Kate Moss/ Pete Doherty wedding details

British newspaper, the Sun, claims to have the details on supermodel Kate Moss’s upcoming wedding to Babyshambles frontman, Pete Doherty. According to the paper, the couple will marry at Marylebone Register Office in London, where two other famous rock and roll couples were wed.

An insider told the Sun, “[Kate and Pete] had considered various options, including a wedding in Ibiza and the Caribbean. But they have chosen Marylebone because it is in London, it is cool and they will be following in the footsteps of their idols.� Those idols include Paul McCartney and his first wife Linda, who married at Marylebone in 1969 and Oasis’s Liam Gallagher and Patsy Kensit.

The source added, “The main room at [Marylebone] is not particularly big - it holds a hundred people at most. But that suits [Doherty and Moss] because they want an intimate ceremony for their friends and family. They are not the sort who are going to flog the picture rights to a glossy magazine.�

The reception is expected to take place in a posh and trendy London hotel, like The Dorchester or Claridge’s. The Sun reports that the couple hope to honeymoon in Barbados.
