Matthew McConaughey gets physical

Lots of celebrities have their own workout videos: Cindy Crawford, Jane Fonda…Matthew McConaughey? The 36-year-old actor is reportedly working to create a fitness DVD for men.

According to a source for British newspaper, the Sun, "Matt wants to create a lifestyle and fitness DVD for men. It will show how to get a surfer's body. That's why he has been working out so much. He couldn't provide a DVD promising an amazing physique if he was untoned himself."

McConaughey is enlisting his pal, cyclist Lance Armstrong, for the project as well. The insider says, "Lance is the first of Matt's celebrity friends he is interviewing to get tips. He is hoping others will get involved as well."

It's not true...on his website, this was posted and the webmaster asked his people and said it's not true...he's getting ready for a new movie Fool's Gold that will start filming soon...
