The insider suggests that the star’s manager dad Joe Simpson has been exaggerating prospects for the flick. “Joe is telling Jessica he’s getting big stars,� says the source. “Joe’s been working on it for months. It’ll end up having a bunch of nobodies if it happens. He was trying to get Meg Ryan to be the Sigourney Weaver character. It’s such a joke. He’s been sending out half-written scripts with personal letters to stars asking them to be in it.�
Meanwhile, E-Poll Market Research, which ranks more than 2,800 celebrities on 46 different personality attributes says Jessica Simpson is overexposed. The star’s "overexposed" score went from 17 percent in September 2003 to 41 percent in mid-2006. (The average for most celebrities at the peak of their careers is between 3-7 percent.) During that same period, Simpson’s “talented� score dropped from 36 percent to a disappointing 28 percent.

i am so happy to hear that luke wilson will not be working with jessica simpson. he is too talented to work with a no talent jessica simpson. joe simpson is the only person that think jessica is a good actress. she was awful in dukes and in employee of the month. i hate joe simpson and his fleas

did you see jessica simpson on jay leno? he asked her what kind of man she is looking for and when she gave her answer, he looked at her in dismay and silently said, "you airhead that is what you had" (nick). jessica is too silly for me.
every time i see her she is getting dummier every time. nick should be happy he is divorced from that airhead.
