Lindsay Lohan has sparked new drug rumors.

At 6:45 am, a spy for popular site TMZ spotted actress Lindsay Lohan at Olive and Sunset in Hollywood, near a dog park. Lindsay Lohan was sitting in her parked black Cadillac Escalade and TMZ spy, who was walking his dog, could see Lohan through the tinted windows, "freaking out" and talking on her phone.

Then, Lohan called the spy over and told him that two men in a silver Toyota 4Runner -- parked behind her -- had been following her for the last two hours, trying to "hit" her vehicle. "she seemed out of it," says the spy, "she'd clearly been crying, with mascara running down her face. "I've called the cops," said Lindsay of her alleged pursuers. "But the cops can't catch them."

In other news, Lindsay Lohan's new neighbors are complaining about her before she has even moved in.
The 'Mean Girls' star, who has been living in Los Angeles hotel Chateau Marmont for several months, has finally bought a multimillion-dollar apartment in Hollywood's Sierra Towers - much to the fury of local residents.
One resident told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "We've always had celebrity residents, but all of them either lead quieter lives or are barely ever here. Everyone thinks she'll be having parties. Beyond the noise factor, it's a security issue. Look at the type and number of people she hangs out with. We don't want them roaming the building."
'Simple Life' stars Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie were recently in the area and the swarms of paparazzi following them caused a traffic jam.
The resident said: "We fear that's what will greet us every day if Lindsay moves in. "Sixty percent of people who live here are easily over 60.
"This is not going to end well. Mark my words, she'll be made miserable by the complaints and leave. Hopefully she won't move in at all."
