Katie Holmes picks Giorgio Armani to design her wedding dress

Katie Holmes has chosen Giorgio Armani to design her wedding dress.
A spokesman for Katie and her fiancée Tom Cruise has confirmed they will tie the knot in Italy in November and it has now been revealed that Armani has designed the dress for the big day.
A source told website Women's Wear Daily: "Armani has designed five outfits for Katie to wear to various events throughout the wedding weekend."

Holmes has long been an Armani fan. Katie and her fiancée Tom Cruise both wore the designer's clothes to the British Academy of Film and Television Arts gala last November. Holmes also wore Armani to both the Berlin and Los Angeles premieres of Batman Begins last summer reports People Magazine.

Tom, 44, and Katie, 27, also wore Armani when they attended Oprah Winfrey's Legend's Ball in Santa Barbara in May 2005.

Earlier this month, Katie - who has a baby daughter, Suri, with Tom - revealed she had already picked her a wedding dress.
Speaking at Paris fashion week, she said: "I already have my dress."
Last week, the former 'Dawson's Creek' actress flew to Milan, Italy, where Armani's headquarters are located, for a fitting.

A spokesman for Armani has so far refused to comment on the wedding dress rumors.

Speaking of Italy, gossips claim Clooney’s villa in Italy will be the place. TomKat decided it would the perfect venue for their forthcoming nuptials.
The ceremony will be performed by the local mayor and will be witnessed by the couple’s family and celebrity friends.

A source told the Mirror: “The wedding is scheduled for mid-November. Kate had looked at various hotels but the venue is to be George’s villa.�?

Clooney has denied the claims.
