Gwyneth Paltrow has always been known for her model-thin figure, but the actress is reportedly having trouble getting rid of the baby weight she gained while pregnant with her second child, Moses. According to British newspaper, the Sun, Paltrow has gone on a brutal diet in order to get back her shape.

The Sun reports that Paltrow’s new diet was put together by her doctor, Nish Joshi. Last month, Dr Joshi and Gwyneth met in New York to begin the eight-week dieting session. An insider said, "Gwyneth has been wearing corsets to make her appear slightly thinner but she can't wait to bin them when the diet is finished."

“Gwyneth is really testing her willpower with this one,�? says the source. “She has followed a macrobiotic diet for years and has only recently relaxed the rules so she can have some dairy products. But now Dr Joshi has listed everything she can and cannot have in order to get back to her pre-baby physique - and it's scary.�?

The paper claims that Paltrow has been restricted from eating wheat, dairy products, sugar, gluten, tomatoes, peppers, fruits (except for bananas) and red meat. She is also not allowed to drink alcohol. In addition, Gwyneth is taking herbal supplements and is undergoing colonics and cupping and reflexology treatments.
