Paris Hilton dating James Neate?

Paris Hilton was seen in Los Angeles Thursday night with New York-based fashion model James Neate.

In Touch reports that Neate is in L.A. on a series of fashion shoots.

"He's sweet, but he's from New York, which sucks," Paris reportedly told a friend.

After parting with Neate last night, Hilton went to Mr. Chow to meet up with Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. Later, she and her reunited best friend, Nicole Richie went to Hyde nightclub, where they reportedly danced on tables with Lindsay Lohan.

In other news, Shanna Moakler has dismissed Paris Hilton’s allegations about her, claiming Paris creates controversy because she “makes a lot of money pulling these stunts in the media�?.

Paris filed a police report last week claiming Shanna had “shouted obscenities�? and punched her in the face at a night out at Hyde in LA, while Shanna filed her own assault report against Stavros Niarchos.
