Paris Hilton and Stavros Niarchos still make out

Paris Hilton and Stavros Niarchos, the on-again/off-again couple, were spotted canoodling the night away at Wednesday’s Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party in Los Angeles.

While they arrived separately at Wednesday’s event, they left together and sources told Access Hollywood Paris and Stavros were seen later that night making out at Hyde Lounge in West Hollywood.

In other news, Paris Hilton has told police in Los Angeles "she's not that smart".
