Laguna's Jason arrested again

If Jason Wahler, star of “Laguna Beach�? and “The Hills,�? doesn’t get his act together soon, the next reality show he’ll star in will probably be “Cops.�? Wahler was arrested for the second time this month on September 22.

Jason was jailed at 5:30 pm and was released the next afternoon, TMZ.com reports. He, along with his friend Kristen Deluca, was charged with misdemeanor battery and his bail was set at $20,000.

The incident that caused Jason’s arrest involved a Department of Transportation officer and a tow truck. Wahler and Deluca were arrested for battery after a physical altercation took place.

Jason was arrested earlier this month and charged with disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and bribery. He had been standing in the street obstructing traffic and the police tried to handcuff him. Jason resisted the handcuffing. When officers searched him, they reportedly found cocaine in his pocket. Wahler tried to bribe the cops into letting him go, claim court documents.
