Katie Holmes want to file a suit!

On August 22, Katie Holmes arrived at The Beverly Hills Hotel’s Polo Lounge café and met with someone other than Tom Cruise. She met with a man who seemed to be very educated in law, and according to an eyewitness she looked as if she hasn’t had much sleep lately. “They were keeping their conversation low-key,�? according to the witness. “But she kept saying, ‘I want to file this suit, even if it’s just to teach him a lesson!’�? Also according to a source the couple has been having trouble at home, but if Katie decides to leave Tom it will not be that easy. A scientology source insists that nothing is simple when it comes to Scientologists, but according to a source her family supports her with any decision she makes. However, a Holmes rep denies the story.

In other news, eager fans have been given an unusual preview of Suri Cruise, Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise's elusive baby. A New York artisit has created a bronze cast depicting Suri Cruise's first solid stool.

The scatological sculpture is purportedly cast from 19-week old Suri's first bowel movement and will be shown at the Capla Kesting gallery in Brooklyn, New York, before being auctioned off for charity.

The artist behind the work, Daniel Edwards, previously courted controversy with a life-size nude sculpture of pop star Britney Spears giving birth on a bearskin rug. That work was shown at the same gallery in April.

"A bronzed cast of a baby's first poop can be a meaningful memento for the family," gallery director David Kesting said, adding that he hoped the work would attract bids of up to $US50,000 ($65,000).
