Orlando Bloom and Kate Bosworth are so devoted to Nichiren Buddhism that they keep their relationship “solid�? by chanting together reports Star Magazine.

The couple also built a Buddhist altar in his London pad! The outdoor sanctuary includes the couple’s Gohonzon scroll, plants, candles and books by the leader of Soka Gakkai International, a group that promotes world peace and happiness through Nichiren Buddhism.

In other news, Orlando Bloom has turned down a role in the new 'Knight Rider' movie.

The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor was approached by David Hasselhoff to play the son of Michael Knight, the character he made famous in the original 80s TV show, in the upcoming remake.

Bloom told Britain's Daily Express newspaper: "He'd heard I was a fan of the old show and said, 'We're doing the movie version and I'd love you to play my son in it.'

"I replied, 'Er, well, that sounds great, but you'd need to speak to my manager."
