Jay-Z and Beyonce to take over the world with Chris and Gwyneth

It could be one of the entertainment industry’s most lethal alliances. Hollywood princess Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband, the prince of whiny rock, Coldplay’s Chris Martin have joined forces with the king of hip hop, Jay-Z and his queen of R&B, Beyonce.

The two couples made nice last night during and after Jay-Z’s performance at London's Royal Albert Hall. Paltrow helped to sing the chorus of Jay’s “Song Cry,� while Martin sang on two songs: “Heart Of The City (Ain't No Love)� and an as-yet untitled track from the rapper’s upcoming album, Kingdom Come.

1Xtra DJ G Money tells the BBC that Gwyneth “was a bit nervous but her performance was really excellent…It was an historic event…People were like: 'Who is this chick that's in the spotlight?' Then Jay-Z said: 'I want people to wish a happy birthday to my good friend Gwyneth Paltrow'. Everyone was like: 'Are you for real?'"

Watch out: if the collaborations between these super couples continue, they may take over the world. Who knows what could happen if Chris and Gwyneth’s little Moses were to hook up with the future spawn of Beyonce and Jay-Z. It could be earth shattering.
