Britney Spears’s Plan for a Post-baby Comeback
Now that Britney Spears has given birth to son number two, she’s ready to get back in the game reports Star Magazine. The 'Toxic' singer delivered her second son at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, in Los Angeles, just before 2am on Tuesday (12.09.06). Spears, who gained about 40 pounds during her pregnancy, has big plans to lose the baby weight fast in time for her new album’s premier sometime next year. Fitness experts say that it’s possible for Britney to get back her pre-baby 130lb frame, but she’ll need to work hard and completely re-vamp her diet plan. Her first fitness goal is breastfeeding which burns calories and shrinks the uterus, but after that Britt will have to work on her transverse abdominals and do some intense fat-burning cardio along with abandoning sweet carb-loaded foods. This time around Britt’s determined to not only lose all the weight she gained during this pregnancy, but also residual gain from Sean-Preston’s birth, and to finally reclaim her bombshell status.
