Beyonce Knowles fed up with Jay-Z working

Sources spilling to Celebrity weekly Star Magazine, say that hip-hop mogul Jay-Z may be spending to much time at work and not enough time with girlfriend Beyonce Knowles.

Reportedly, the B-day songstress is fed up with his 23-hour days, as head of Def Jam Records, and wants him to pay more attention to his personal life, especially with their upcoming wedding slated for this November in the Caribbean.

Beyonce understands the demands of the music biz, singing two duets with Jay-Z on her new CD, but needs more balance between his work and play.

In other news, Jay-Z has come out of retirement and will release the follow up to 2003’s critically acclaimed The Black Album in November.

The American rapper quit recording following criticism from other rappers but a new album called Kingdom Come will be in the shops for November 20. Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Jay said that “It was the worst retirement, maybe, in history. I believed it for two years.�?
