Sir Paul McCartney vs estranged wife Heather

Sir Paul McCartney and estranged wife Heather have hired Prince Charles and
Princess Diana’s divorce lawyers.
The royal twist is the latest in the bitter divorce battle which the
McCartneys have become locked in.
A close friend of Heather’s told Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper: “Heather is
determined to prove that she is not the gold digger but that doesn’t mean
she is going to let Paul wipe the floor with her.�

Heather has employed the services of Antony Julius who famously won Diana
£17 million in her divorce settlement despite her admissions of infidelity.
After the divorce Diana rewarded him with a silver blotter from Aprey’s and
a note which read: “Thank you for giving me back my wings.�
Sir Paul McCartney’s legal team is headed by Fiona Shackleton, who
represented Prince Charles in the divorce. It was she who forced Diana to
give up her royal title of ‘HRH’.
On Monday (07.08.09) Heather was humiliated when the police were called to
Sir Paul’s London home after she tried to gain entry when she found herself
locked out.
Sir Paul has also reportedly frozen their joint bank account and fired all
members of his staff who have any links to Heather.
