Paris Hilton to give Stavros Niarchos blue balls?
Celibate Paris Hilton insists she'll keep dating on/ off boyfriend Stavros Niarchos during her yearlong sex ban. The hotel heiress confirmed to People last week that her relationship with the Greek shipping heir was back on.
While talking to PEOPLE, Hilton paused for a moment to call Niarchos on her PDA. "Stav, where are you, baby?" she said. "Come on over. I love you." Paris says, "We're like best friends. We were together in Europe. He is literally my best guy friend. We have so much fun together. We make out. Who cares?"
