Speaking of, leaders of Russia's Christian and Muslim communities joined counterparts around the world Tuesday in voicing their disapproval of the controversial section in Madonna's current world tour.

The Russian Orthodox Church did not recommend believers to attend Madonna's concert Monday.
"For an Orthodox believer there is no point of attending her [Madonna's] concerts or helping her propagate her spiritual problems via self-advertisement," said Vsevolod Chaplin, head of the Moscow Patriarchy's department for external relations.
Damir Gizatullin, deputy head of Russia's Council of Muftis, said Tuesday: "This is in conflict with the traditions of our people. Such things do not do credit to people like Madonna."
In other news, UNICEF is possibly shunning money from Madonna. According to newsweek.com, Madonna, who had recently donated $3 million to Raising Malawi, which helps children orphaned by AIDS, had initially tried to partner the charity with UNICEF. But a source said that the charity got a little uncomfortable with the organization reports Hindutimes.
The source said: "Raising Malawi has strong links to Kabbalah, and I believe that UNICEF, in its eagerness to be as pure as Caesar's wife, was uneasy with the idea or the pairing."
