But chances are Billy Flynn will be getting a whole lot smoother in his next incarnation. R&B sensation Usher will be the next star to attempt the role on Broadway.   27-year-old Usher will make his debut in Chicago on August 22, two days after actress Rita Wilson leaves the role of Roxie Hart. Usher’s reign as Billy Flynn will last until October 1. The five-time Grammy award winner said, "I have always admired Broadway actors for their showmanship, dedication and focus that goes into performing live on stage every night.
