Spider-Man' actor Tobey Maguire is to become a dad.
The star, who plays the web-slinging superhero in the popular comic book
movie series, and his fiancée Jennifer Meyer are expecting their first child
later this year.

Although rumours have been rife the couple were to become parents, Meyer has
now confirmed the happy news to America's USA Today newspaper.
She said: "Let's just say this is truly the best time of my life. I'm
walking on air. I'm getting married, starting a family and have an amazing
company."
Meyer, the daughter of Universal Studios executive Ron Meyer, owns her own
jewellery making business and her designs are popular with a host of
Hollywood stars.
Jennifer Aniston, 'Just My Luck' star Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Kidman have
all been spotted wearing Jennifer Meyer Jewellery pieces.
One of her creations can also be seen in the upcoming 'Spider-Man 3' movie.
In one scene, Peter Parker, played by Maguire, gives girlfriend Mary Jane,
actress Kirsten Dunst, a gold heart-shaped locket which was designed and
made by Meyer.
