Sienna Miller, Jude Law , James Franco update

Sienna Miller is planning on asking on and off boyfriend Jude Law to marry her reports NW MAGAZINE. The engagement would be the couple's second but the actress now feels they are ready to make a long-term commitment, according to a friend of the Casanova star.

Sienna ended her first engagement to Jude in July 2005, after the actor confessed to having had an affair with nanny Daisy Wright. But Sienna is impressed with how Jude has changed since they go back together and wants to reward his efforts by suggesting they pick up where they left off, reports her friend. "It's a big step but Sienna feels they are both ready this time."

The news comes as a shock just as the off-screen relationship between Sienna Miller and co-star James Franco appeared to be heating up.

According to Canada.com Monday night the two stars, accompanied by Miller's mother Jo, enjoyed themselves at the Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

canada.com was first to report Monday morning that the two stars, who are in Ontario shooting the black comedy Camille, spent a romantic weekend together in Toronto
