Pharrell Williams shrugs off rumors of marriage
The rapper is currently in a relationship, but insists he just doesn't have time to think of weddings at the moment reports Digital Spy UK. "No, no romance. Music's been my girlfriend. That's the truth! It sounds crafty but it's really the truth. I haven't really been able to put time into anything other than music and fashion." Pharrell runs two clothing labels, and is also preparing for the release of his debut solo album, In My Mind. The NERD star, defended the postponement of his debut solo effort, insisting the months of fine tuning will pay off. The respected producer, who has previously collaborated with stars including Kelis, Justin Timberlake, Kanye West and Snoop Dogg, has been busy in the studio re-working the record and has replaced a few tracks, including a duet with jazz sensation Jamie Callum. Last year's planned release of In My Mind came too soon for the N*E*R*D frontman, but he admits he is finally ready to let his music do the talking reports IOL. |
