Nick Lachey doing "fine"
Nick Lachey insists he is doing "fine" since his divorce from Jessica Simpson was finalized. The singer - whose legal separation from the 'Dukes of Hazard' actress was finalized last week - insists he is over Jessica and ready to move on. Lachey, 32, serenaded the Today show audience with a live concert in Manhattan's Rockefeller Plaza. Lachey walked into the crowd singing the new CD's title track reports People Magazine. Afterwards, Today interviewer Lester Holt asked Lachey about the events of the past week and how he felt now that his divorce is final. "I'm doing well," the singer responded. "It's a process we all have to go through. This week was the final step in that process." "It's a huge part of my life," Lachey acknowledged. "But for me, personally and professionally, it's time to move on."
The MTV VJ and Entertainment Tonight host, Vanessa Minnillo is very happy - and monogamous - with Lachey, she told PerezHilton.com, and her friends echoed that sentiment. Minnillo's pals are thrilled about her relationship with Lachey because they think she deserves someone better than the NY Yankee, who - they claim - cheated on her many times during their three year relationship. "Nick's a really great guy," Vanessa told us. "He's very sweet and we're really happy." "There are certain sacrifices that we make," Vanessa confided. "I'll travel with him on tour. He'll come visit me. We see each other as often as we can. We're gonna make it work." Vanessa Minnillo also revealed her love for Jessica Simpson! "I like Jessica," Minnillo told us. "I'm a big fan. She's got a great voice and great style. She's amazing." Meanwhile, Simpson, 25, who recently filmed a video for her new single, "A Public Affair," was the subject of a dustup in the Hamptons early Sunday, when a photographer for New York's Daily News tried to shoot her picture at the Pink Elephant nightclub, the newspaper reports.

It reminded me of Tiffany singing at the mall-I like Nick just fine, it did surprise me he's only 5'8, not that anything is wrong with that, just thought he was taller is all, Jessica must really be petite-

nick lachey is really hot i don't understand why jessica would want to leave him you know? and besides he seems like a really nice guy but that could be because of the cameras. yeah im with the gurln on top here i thought he was taller thats too bad im taller by an inch that sucks i would feel wierd dating him!!-

I think that vanessa is so stupid and that Nick should dump her and get back with Jessica who is way prettier than Vanessa who is but ugly and stupid and is just jealous of what Nick and Jessica had and that she won't ever be able to have that kind of relationship with him. Also Nick and Jessica looked way cute'er together than Nick and Vanessa do . They look like they could be more like brother and sister.
