Madonna is to be supported on tour by DJ Paul Oakenfold.
Oakenfold will open the 'Hung Up' singer's concert at Cardiff's Millennium
Stadium, in Wales, on July 30 and join her on the European leg of her
'Confessions' tour.
The DJ first supported Madonna in 2004 when she performed at Slane Castle in
Ireland.
This year he will warm up the crowds for her in Rome, Dusseldorf, Hanover,
Horsens and Amsterdam.
Oakenfold has remixed several of Madonna's hits, including 'Hollywood',
'Sorry' and 'American Life'.
When Madonna, 47, performed her 'Confessions' show in Chicago last month,
her father Tony Ciccone came to watch her.
The controversial singer, who has caused outrage on the tour by swearing
throughout her shows and posing on a crucifix, was on her best behaviour
because her dad was in the audience.
One fan said: "She gave the crowd the finger only one time and never once
said the f-word. At one point, she actually asked the audience to applaud
extra loud for her so that her dad would know she made something of herself.
The crowd went wild."
