Lindsay Lohan loves London (and supposedly Rhys)

This story is probably not so reliable, as Lindsay Lohan has been glued to Pink Taco restaurant owner Harry Morton this past week, but since we’re obligated to report on any Lindsay-related rumor floating around the web, here goes:

Reportedly Lindsay has a thing for British character actor Rhys Ifans, a close friend of her supermodel pal, Kate Moss. Lindsay’s attraction to Rhys has supposedly sealed the deal on the actress’ decision to purchase a home in London.

A source for Britain's Daily Star said, "Falling for Rhys was really the icing on the cake for Lindsay. She already loves hanging out with Kate in London. One of the reasons Rhys appealed is that he's so quirky, bright and refreshing."

Another reason Lohan is keen on moving to England is the fact that the drinking age there is 18. The insider said, "Lindsay is branded a hellraiser in the US because the legal drinking age is 21. So it's an amazing relief to be in England where things are more liberal. She loves that it's different here."
