In his missive, which a Morgan Creek employee confirmed was hand delivered to Lohan at her Chateau Marmont hotel room, Robinson decries Lohan’s continued inability to get to work on time. Though Lindsay’s reps blamed her Wednesday morning trip to the hospital on “heat exhaustion,�? James isn’t buying it. He tells the actress that he is "well aware that [her] ongoing all night heavy partying is the real reason for [her] so called 'exhaustion’�? and that she has "acted like a spoiled child and in doing so [has] alienated many of [her] co-workers and endangered the quality" of Georgia Rule.

After explaining that Lohan’s frequent tardiness has "resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage," Robinson threatens Lohan with possible financial or legal repercussions should her bad behavior continue. Robinson writes, “If you do not honor your production commitments…we will hold you personally accountable. This means that in addition to pursuing full monetary damages, we will take such other action as we deem necessary to preserve the integrity of the Georgia Rule Production as well as Morgan Creek’s financial interests.�? Lindsay’s heat exhaustion earlier this week has been widely-speculated to be related to her partying. According to photography company X17, in the hours before her 2:30 am call for Georgia Rule on the day of her hospitalization, Lindsay was at Los Angeles club, Guy’s. Only 2 hours after leaving the club (at 4 am) she collapsed. Later that evening she went out to dinner at Il Sole.
