Keira - who turned up in a striking floor-length gold Gucci gown with a
plunging neckline - stunned onlookers with her super-slim physique, sparking
fears she may be too thin.
But the 21-year-old actress told BANG Showbiz there is nothing to worry
about, saying: "Whatever people say about my weight they are all wrong.
"Hollywood is all about the way you look and I don't think that's a healthy
thing for anyone. But if you're strong and comfortable with yourself then
you're going to be fine."
The Pirates Of The Caribbean actress said her grandmother and great-grandmother suffered from anorexia - but insisted she has not followed in their footsteps.
She claimed to be surprised when journalists asked her about her eating habits.
'They said to me yesterday, "How does it feel to be called anorexic?" and I had no idea that I was. I can safely say that I'm not,' she told a press conference.

'I'm not saying there aren't people in the film industry that suffer from it, because I am sure that there are, but I am not one of them.' She went on to urge young girls not to think of her as a role model.
'I reject being a role model for a young person,' she said. 'I think it's completely ridiculous, the idea that you put someone up there and say, "That's how you should behave'.
'I make mistakes like everyone else. But having a character as a role model, that's okay - if people look up to a character like Elizabeth in Pirates then that's great.'
Then she went on: 'I've got a lot of experience with anorexia - my grandmother and great-grandmother suffered from it, and I had a lot of friends at school who suffered from it, so I know it's not something to be taken lightly and I don't. But I don't have it, I am very sure of that.'
However, she said she welcomed debate about the illness. She said: 'In a way it's good that it's out there and people are talking about it. It's quite interesting because it's normally high-achieving women who suffer from it because I guess they are control freaks.
Meanwhile, Keira Knightley almost turned down a part in 'Pirates of the Caribbean'.
The actress - who is on a worldwide tour promoting the sequel, 'Dead Man's Chest', to the 2003 hit - says the fact the film was based on a theme park ride put her off.
She said: "I was like, 'Wait a minute, you're doing a pirate movie, something that hasn't worked in about 50 years, and it's based on an amusement park ride?!"
The star - who was nominated for an Oscar this year for her role as Elizabeth Bennet in 'Pride and Prejudice' - was also convinced the original film was going to be rubbish.
She revealed to America's New York Daily News newspaper: "Orlando and I were sitting next to each other at the premiere, which was the first time I'd seen it, and we'd had a big talk and decided that if it was awful, we'd still leave the theatre all smiles.
"Halfway through the film, I nudged him and said, 'It's quite good, isn't it?' and he was like, 'Yeah, it's really good'. We had no idea it would work."
The first movie, 'Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl', eventually made $650 million worldwide.
The second film opens this month, while a third installment - tentatively titled 'Worlds End' - is due for release next year.
Speaking of Worlds End, Rolling Stones star Keith Richards has made Johnny Depp's dreams come true after agreeing to play Captain Jack Sparrow's father in the second Pirates of the Caribbean sequel.
After months of negotiations, which were halted when the rocker fell out of a tree on holiday in Fiji and cracked his skull in April, Richards has signed on to play a whisky-soaked buccaneer.
At a London press conference to promote the second film, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Curse, Depp said, "We're all looking forward to the idea of Keith coming in and doing a cameo.
"You never say it's definite until the guy steps on the set and the camera is rolling. But it's looking very, very good."
In other news Bill Nighy - who plays half-squid, half-crab villain Davy Jones -
admitted he was baffled when he was put forward for the role.
He explained: "I don't know why, when they were looking for a half-squid,
half-crab man my name came to mind.
"I'm going to choose to take it as a compliment otherwise I would have to
kill myself."
