Will Britney Spears's "manny" take Kevin Federline's place?

Kevin Federline may have some competition for his wife Britney Spears. Her constant companion over the last few weeks, security guard-turned-nanny, Perry Taylor has been playing the role of “man of the house,� says In Touch Weekly. Will Kevin lose his lady to Perry?

From the way that Star magazine describes 28-year-old Taylor, it seems choosing him over Federline would be a no-brainer. The U.S. Naval Academy grad has been a lacrosse player, ski instructor, Alaska fisherman and aircraft carrier engineering officer. He was hired as a security guard for Britney, but no he’s taking over husband-type roles as well. Star claims that, in addition to following Spears and her son Sean Preston wherever they go, Taylor has been changing diapers and grocery shopping. While In Touch claims he even bought his popstar boss flowers.

An insider told Star, "Perry's like a stand-in dad and husband. Kevin's not there for Britney, so she found a substitute!" Of course, Kevin’s not pleased with the prospect of being replaced. Without Britney, his fame and money go down the drain. A source for In Touch said, “[Kevin] doesn’t like that this guy is taking care of his baby. He feels like Britney is throwing it in his face.�
