Pregnant Nicole Kidman? wants the kids.

Is Nicole Kidman ready for a custody battle? The actress seems to have family on the brain as she prepares for her upcoming wedding to Keith Urban. According to the National Enquirer, Kidman is eager to relocate her children with Tom Cruise, Connor and Isabella, to Australia.

The tabloid claims that Nicole wants 11-year-old Connor and 13-year-old Isabella to move into her new $3 million penthouse in Sydney. She hopes that life in Sydney will be less fast-paced than their current situation in Los Angeles. A friend of Kidman’s said, "Nicole believes that Connor and Isabella will have a much happier life away from L.A. and all that Hollywood madness. She's desperately hoping Tom will allow them to move, especially since the birth of his own child with Katie Holmes."

Sources for the Enquirer claim that Nicole’s fiancé, is all for living with the children. Keith gets along very well with both Connor and Isabella. A source said, "Connor and Isabella adore [Keith] because he's great fun to be with and always makes an effort to hang out with them."

But insiders say Nicole won’t get the kids without a fight. "Tom will not be happy. He likes to be the one in charge of their children. That means them staying in L.A," an Enquirer source revealed.
