Madonna is considering having plastic surgery.
The 47-year-old singer admits she would be prepared to go under the surgeon's knife if her super-firm body began to sag.
However, Madonna insists if she does have some improvements made to her face and physique she will not be shouting about it.

She said: "I won't have a press conference if I have plastic surgery...but I sure don't rule it out."
Earlier this week, Madonna confessed she is scared of her mother-in-law.
The pop superstar, who is married to British film director Guy Ritchie, has confessed she is fearful of his mum.
She said: "Have I ever been totally and completely intimidated by another person? Yes. My husband's mother."
