The 47-year-old - who is performing a string of sold-out dates across the globe - has banned air conditioning from her entire tour.
In other news, Madonna reportedly laughed "hysterically" after being told pop rival Mariah Carey had to cancel several tour dates due to poor ticket sales.
The 'Hung Up' singer was said to have gleefully welcomed the news that Mariah had to shelve a host of US shows because of a lack of interest.
A source told America's New York Daily News newspaper: "Madonna laughed hysterically. She has been asking her tour promoters to email her Mariah's sales."
However, Madonna's representative denied the two stars are feuding, saying: "She has no negative feelings toward Mariah."
Meanwhile, Madonna has not been able to sell tickets for the first show of her Confessions Tour in Britain.
According to ananova.com, fans are blaming the high price of tickets. Madonna is starting out her tour in Cardiff. There seem to be extra tickets still, which range from 100 to 150 pounds each.
A source said: "Madonna should be the hottest ticket of the year, but for many of her loyal fans, the prices are outrageous."

Pictured yesterday leaving her gym after a workout, the material girl displayed hands that appeared to be ravaged by age, with bulging veins and paperthin skin that wrinkled as she clutched a bottle of mineral water.
According to Dr Alan Kanter, a spokesman for the American College of Phlebology (the study of vein disease), "veins also become less elastic with age and this allows more blood to remain in them, thus pressing them close to the skin which, itself, is more transparent as you get older".
Madonna's hands reflect not only her age, but also that she's a keen exerciser.

I was thinking about the fall fidel castro had I know you had one. There he is on top and he has this strange fall. Sort of like Trinidad 1979 the execution. They win the battle for the island and then are shot execution style. The year of the Happy Meal 79 and my golden b-day I fainted eating the first one i always remembered that.

The worst mistake Madonna made was to get involved with Kabbalah center. The Kabbalah center in New York has hurt so many people, including, robbing people of their money, breaking up marriages, etc.
