It isn't the first time the couple have been through a rocky patch in their
relationship.
Last year, the hunky actor was arrested after he was accused of beating up
Hammer.
However, the 27-year-old later made a counter allegation that she had
assaulted him.
Meanwhile, Jonathan has confessed he is a terrible boyfriend.
He recently revealed: "Any girlfriend of mine would say, 'He's a s**t, a
b*****d. Don't go anywhere f***ing near him'.
"I'm a selfish person. My whole world revolves around Jonathan Rhys Meyers."
