Star learned exclusively that while Ratner flirted with a bevy of Victoria’s Secret models, Lindsay watched-on, finally departing at 3 a.m headed to Levine’s where she stayed he night. – Where was Jessica Simpson, Adam’s on-again, off-again lover?

Meanwhile, according to new reports Lohan has already moved onto a new guy. Lohan was spotted kissing Kate Moss’s ex-boyfriend, Jamie Burke in New York on Sunday afternoon.

Lindsay is in NYC to promote Just My Luck, which opens on Friday. She and Jamie were caught canoodling outside the Hotel Gansevoort.
