Jennifer consoles Jessica about Nick
After Nick Lachey dished the dirt on his split from Jessica Simpson to Rolling Stone magazine, Jessica vowed never to speak to him again, reports Life & Style weekly. Luckily the singer has a new friend to talk to instead, Jennifer Aniston. Simpson was enraged by Lachey’s implication in the interview that she may have cheated on him. “Now everyone is looking at me like I’m a whore,? the magazine claims she told a friend. “I wouldn’t care that much if things hadn’t been going well between us lately,? she said. “But from now on, I will not talk to him.? Jessica was also hurt by Nick’s video, “What’s Left of Me,? which portrays their split. Nick’s behavior has caused Jessica to decide to cut him out of her life. “She thinks he’s toxic,? a source told L&S. Simpson won’t even let her friends say his name, claims the magazine. Jennifer Aniston knows what it’s like to go through a break up in a fishbowl. She recently called Jessica after Nick’s Rolling Stone interview was released to give her advice. What did Jennifer say? According to L&S Aniston told Simpson, “Hang tight, baby. It will pass.? Jen also let Jessica know that it could be worse: “My particular kind of torture got a nine-month extension,? she said, referring to Angelina Jolie’s pregnancy. Both women got a kick out of Jennifer’s statement and “laughed a bit,? says an insider. |
