Grant breaks up with longtime girlfriend

Perpetual bachelor Hugh Grant is back on the market. According to Britain’s News of the World, Grant’s girlfriend, Jemima Khan split with him over the phone because of his commitment problems.

A source told the paper, "Jemima's had enough of Hugh not committing. She can only put up with so much…Her patience is running out. He is mad to treat a stunning, wonderful woman this way.

An insider told the Daily Telegraph that the distance between the two lovers may also be to blame for their break up, "They are going through a terribly difficult stage. Hugh is in New York working on a movie and whenever he is filming he gets terribly involved…While he is busy working, she is in London rearing two children. That's her priority, but the reality is that they have been spending a lot of time apart and she is feeling the strain."

Grant is currently filming Music and Lyrics By with Drew Barrymore.
