Ashlee Simpson's nose job infuriates Jessica Simpson

Ashlee Simpson has been looking more and more like her big sister Jessica recently and, according to Star magazine, it’s no coincidence. Star reports that Ashlee recently had a nose job in an attempt to look more like Jessica.

Late last month, Ashlee visited Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Raj Kanodia, where she received rhinoplasty surgery. "Afterward, her parents helped her into a waiting SUV," a source told the magazine. Simpson’s surgery has not been widely noticed because it takes just five days to recover. The singer was able to easily hide out for that period of time.

Star had a NYC rhinoplasty specialist look at pictures of Ashlee before and after her surgery to judge the results. "Her nose is thinner and more feminine," the expert concluded. In fact, Ashlee looks even more like her sister - something that has Jessica fuming.

"Jess was furious Ashlee was having her nose altered," an insider told Star. "She said the last thing she wants is her little sister looking just like her. The older Ashlee gets, the more competitive the sisters have become. Jess is nervous that Ashlee's itching to muscle her way out of second place [in the Simpson family]."
