Suri doesn't mean princess, say Israelis
"Nobody here has ever really heard of it," agreed an Israel's Army Radio announcer. Avshalom Koor, who spoke on the same station, explained that "Suri is a pet name for Sarah. The Ashkenazi (Jews) of Poland and Hungary pronounce it Suri." “In ancient Hebrew, Sarah is the feminine form of ‘Sar,’ or lord, continued the Associated Press. So, eventually, you can come to the conclusion that the name means princess. Still, it all seems a bit too confusing. Maybe Tom and Katie should change their child’s name to “Sorry in order to apologize to all the confused Jews out there. |

SURI is the 4 middle letters from Tom's last name CRUISE.
