McGregor and wife adopt Mongolian girl.

Ewan McGregor is the latest celebrity to be bitten by the adoption bug. The actor and his wife of over ten years, Eve Mavrakis have adopted a 4-year-old Mongolian girl, reports People magazine.

There were no real details about the adoption released to the press, but a rep for McGregor did tell People, "I can confirm Ewan McGregor and his wife Eve Mavrakis have adopted the girl but cannot comment further.� This is the third daughter for the McGregor clan. Eve and Ewan are also parents to 4-year-old Esther and 1-year-old Clara.

Overseas adoptions have been getting more and more popular since Angelina Jolie brought them into the spotlight. Her children, Maddox and Zahara are from Cambodia and Ethiopia, respectively. Meg Ryan recently adopted a daughter from China and Jessica Simpson and Alyssa Milano are said to be considering adopting children from other countries as well.
