The clash continues between Jennifer Lopez and her first husband Ojani Noa. Lopez filed suit against Noa on Monday in Los Angeles for demanding $5 million from her in order to keep him from publishing a tell-all book about her.
The lawsuit also claims that Ojani gave tips to Page Six that Jennifer had cheated on him with an Anaconda cast mate and that in 1999 she had been seeing current husband Marc Anthony while he was still married to his first wife, Dayanara Torres.
The suit includes a letter to Lopez’s lawyer from January 13, 2005 that said, "OK, let's face it we can negociate [sic] something, but I'm not stopping my life because of her, I already did many times, and is [sic] not gonna happen again, she may want me to stay quite [sic], and not talk about her it [sic] all in the Book, I'll be more happy to do do, if we can come to an agreement..."
This isn’t the first time the former lovers have gone through a legal battle. Ojani sued Lopez in December 2004 for wrongful termination from his position at her restaurant, Madre’s. The lawsuit was dropped in November of the following year.
