Eminen has filed for divorce from wife Kimberley Mathers again after just 82 days of marriage reports Star Magazine!
A source close to the rap giant tells Star that divorce papers under his birth name Marshall Bruce Mathers III were filed on his behalf on the morning of April 5, at the Macomb County (Mich.) Clerk' s office.
Eminem, first married his high school sweetheart Kimberly Scott in 1999.
But he fantasised about her death in his 2000 hit Kim and their first marriage ended the following year
Rap star Eminem has filed for divorce from his wife Kim less than three months after the couple remarried.
Court papers filed by the rapper in Michigan said there had been "a breakdown in the marriage relationship".
"The objects of matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the marriage can be preserved," it added.
Eminem is seeking joint custody of their 10-year-old daughter Hailie Jade Scott, the papers also said reports BBC News
Kim Mathers' lawyer Michael J Smith said the move came as "somewhat of a surprise".
"But we have to deal with it, and we will deal with it," he said. "I was at their wedding. It's very unfortunate that he filed for divorce."
Star broke the world-exclusive story last September that the troubled couple would remarry again in January 2006 > -> which they did, on the 14th at Meadow Brook Hall in Rochester Hills, eleven miles north of their suburban Detroit home.
Eminem, 33, and Kim, 31, have a daughter, Hailie, 10. He also adopted Kim' s daughter Whitney, 3, from another relationship, and they’ ve been sharing their home with Kim 's niece, Alaina, 12. As Star has previously reported, Eminem's grandmother believes the couple did not have a prenup.

It surprises me they made it 82 days......If he didn't have all his money, she wouldn't be within a 100 mile radius of him. I know he's a wonderful dad-hopefully he'll get it right with a woman eventually. (I think he's hot) Maybe it'll make him come out with some dynamite songs *fingers crossed*

just because kim is the mother of your child doesnt mean you have to be together. Kim will always be Hailies mom and you will always be her dad and you to will always be her family. But to be a family doesnt have to include living together being married or any of the above. A family is people that love each other for who they are on the inside not what they are biologicaly. when i was little i always thought that babys were made from love but then as i grew older i lived and learned. I also have two little girls that are my world and when i look in their eyes i think to myself what would really make their lives better not what would make them happy.I think when you have kids your whole world changes what you want, where your going, and what you are going to become.
