According to sources for Perez Hilton, Lindsay Lohan has been dating movie director Brett Ratner for a little over three weeks. They first hooked up at Brett’s birthday party last month. Lindsay must really have it bad for Brett because she recently threw a hissy fit when he decided to pay attention to her sometimes-rival, Jessica Simpson instead of her.

The drama went down last Thursday, when Lindsay, Brett and Jessica all hit up LA hotspot, the Dime. Jessica was there for her stylist, Jessica Pastor’s birthday, while Lindsay and Brett were there for the usual weeknight partying. Ratner chose to leave Lohan behind and spend some time with Simpson, since she had been out of town filming her new movie for the last few weeks. But Lindsay’s not one to put up with being ignored.

"I guess she was jealous that her new guy is spending time with someone who is being mean to her," a source told Perez. Thus, Lindsay’s friends all decided to head over to Jessica’s table to lure Brett away. Eventually, Lindsay’s friends got to Pastor who called Lindsay a bitch. Lindsay then confronted Pastor and said, "Do you not like me because I work with Rachel Zoe and not you?" Pastor replied, "No, honey, you're doing just fine without me."

Perez’s account of the incident refutes Us Weekly’s current cover story, which claims that the battle was between Lohan and Simpson. Us says Simpson broke down in tears after Lohan said, “What’s the matter? When your sister is around, you can talk shit about me, but now that Ashlee’s not here, what are you going to do? C’mon! I’m 19 and you’re 25. Say something, you coward!…You are the most insecure little girl! Fuck it!'"

Do you know how many men would cut off their right arm to have "both" Jessica and Lindsay's attention? What a lucky guy. Personally, I would definately go for Jessica, but, I'm not a guy and will never understand how they think. I do manage to keep my husband happy though ;)
