Sometimes dreams do come true - at least if you’re Ryan Seacrest. The “American Idol� host recently admitted that he had a crush on “Desperate Housewives� star, Teri Hatcher. "I think she's great," he told the celebrity new show "Extra." And last Saturday, Seacrest scored a date with his fantasy girl.
According to reports, the new couple dined with pals at Los Angeles restaurant, L'Orangerie. Ryan took care of the enormous $2,800 check. The group was said to have spent $800 just on one bottle of wine.
This wasn’t Hatcher and Seacrest’s first date. One of Teri’s pals told InTouch, "Teri really adores Ryan. She feels really comfortable around him. Ryan is the anti-George [Clooney - Hatcher’s rumored ex]. He's looking to settle down and get serious."
