Nick Lachey and Kristin Cavalleri are at it again. The “friends� were spotted together last weekend getting drinks at Stanley’s in Sherman Oaks, California, outside of LA. For a set of people who claim that they’re not dating, these two seem to be going on a lot of dates.

While Nick and Kristin have clearly got some chemistry, don’t expect them to announce their engagement any day now; they’re keeping things casual. A source close to Lachey told People magazine that Nick’s CD is “what he's focused on� right now. "Nick's not looking for a girlfriend. He's not exactly healed from [Jessica]."

One of Kristin’s friends told the magazine, "Eventually it might turn into something more serious. But right now it's not. They're at that stage when they're getting to know each other...[They] have not hooked up."

A witness to the pair’s get together at Stanley’s gave People the dish on their body language. "They were talking to each other. They weren't being overly touchy-feely; he was playing it pretty cool. But she was definitely flirting. She was laughing and flipping her hair back. They seemed to be enjoying the conversation."
