David wants to marry Mary-Kate

Is Mary-Kate Olsen ready to become married Kate? Sources are claiming that her boyfriend, David Katzenberg - son of DreamWorks head Jeffrey Katzenberg - is so smitten since reuniting with MK last November that he is ready to propose.

David was Mary-Kate’s high school sweetheart. He stayed with her through her publicized stint in an eating disorder clinic in the summer of 2004, but Mary-Kate ended things with David before she started school at New York University that fall. Katzenberg truly proved his devotion to Olsen last year, though, when he stuck by her after her difficult break up with Stavros Niarchos. Stavros infamously shacked up with Paris Hilton very shortly after his split with Mary-Kate. 22-year-old David provided 19-year-old Mary-Kate a shoulder to cry on and eventually they renewed their romance.

A source told Star magazine, "David is crazy in love with Mary-Kate. And he says that he is not going to let her slip through his fingers again. He says that she is the love of his life. She's the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with…He said he knows he wants to marry Mary-Kate and have children with her, and he's just trying to build up to the right moment to ask her."

Hopefully David keeps up with the gossip blogs as they might save him the embarrassment of a denied proposal. That same source believes Mary-Kate is not looking for a lifetime commitment yet. "Mary-Kate's happy to be back with him again and is enjoying his company. But I don't think she's ready for marriage or anything just yet,�? the insider revealed. "She just wants to take things slowly and have fun hanging out. I think she feels way too young for a marriage commitment at the moment."
