Police visit Britney Spears over photo
Police visited the home of pop singer Britney Spears following the publication of photos showing her driving with her son on her lap. An LA County Sheriff's official told TMZ that the LA County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) would investigate the incident involving Britney Spears and her son. According to , Deputy Sheriff Mark Winn speaking to TMZ, he made the trip to get contact information for DCFS, so that DCFS “could do their thing.�
"Unless a deputy saw the violation, there's nothing we can do," said deputy Luis Castro reports BBC news "We don't even know if this took place in our jurisdiction." 'Protect him' Spears has defended her actions, saying she was carrying her son Sean in the front seat while she was driving only after feeling threatened by photographers. "I instinctively took measures to get my baby and me out of harm's way, but the paparazzi continued to stalk us," she said. It is thought her bodyguard was sitting next to her in the passenger seat at the time. She called the incident with photographers as a "horrifying, frightful encounter". "I love my child and would do anything to protect him," she added. The agency which took the photos denied it had acted inappropriately in getting the shots. Meanwhile , TMZ is reporting that the Toxic singer has had car seats on the brain. On January 15th the singer bought a car seat at Toys 'R Us in Porter Ranch, California, a Los Angeles suburb. An employee of the store told TMZ Spears came in with her assistant and bought a car seat for her baby, as well as a stroller. The Toys 'R Us manager then installed the car seat in the assistant's car. Video of Britney Spears leaving a Toys 'R Us with her baby shows the pop star closing the door with the baby on her lap.

i think that britney spears shouldve never put her son in the front seat with her because if they got in an accident then her son would die first even if she left him in the front the paparrazi would still get his picture
it easier to get it in the front then back she should carre about her son safety and not care about the picutres because he couldve died in her arms so anyways who cares if they get a picture of him it doesnt matter child services couldve tooken him away from her it seems like you dont care about her son much how about the dad he shouldve watched him if he was home or something man

What is the point of having a bodyguard, if he does not protect you? He is a big giy, he could of held them back while she buckled sean in the car seat, or better yet, he could have put him in there!

Its obvious that her bodyguard is sitting next to her in the passangers seat. if she was truely in danger why didnt she hand off the baby to the body guard and allow him to restrain the child in the seat while she fled the photographers? it seems to me that pictures and being surrounded by paparrazi are less important than her sons life. and to think she was driving with him in her lap in a panicked state of mind! what kind of mother does this?!!

i think that she is a good mom but for her action was not a good one. she needs to realize that every one is looking at her. there are lots of fans that love her and her new baby. she needs to shape up and be the best person she can be. for her husban he is just using her for her money and fame. i know that every one is saying that but she needs to realize he is not good for her and the baby. i look at her and i see a wonderful woman and a caring person. i think that she is way to good for him. she may love him but i dont think it is love. he already has 3 children. he just left his ex that was going to have is baby. what kind of man does that? i ask my self. i see in the furture that he is going to leave brittney for some one else and she is going to become a single mom. he has already told her that he wants an open marriage. that just tells me that he does not care for her and just wants her money. thank you with love melissa best wishes for you brittney
