Paris Hilton slapped with a restraining order

Paris Hilton has been slapped with a restraining order after allegedly
threatening a party planner - and calling him a "lazy Mexican".
According to reports in the New York Post, the hotel heiress was accused of
pushing Brian Quintana, making a racial slur against him, upsetting his
relationship with clients and bombarding him with calls threatening his
life.

Quintana - who says he introduced Paris to her boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos -
won the restraining order against her in Los Angeles Superior Court.
He claims the sexy socialite - who wasn't in court - turned against him and
started a vicious smear campaign after she started romancing Niarchos.
He said the 'Simple Life' beauty was furious at him for allegedly trying to
get Niarchos to split up with her.
In court documents, he claimed Paris "has a drug and alcohol problem, some
rather shady associates, and is known for erratic behavior".
Hilton's spokesman, Elliot Mintz, told reporters: "I've known Paris. and the
person described on the stand. doesn't resemble the woman that I know."
