Sometimes all you have to do to win back an old flame is starting seeing someone new. That tactic appears to have worked for Nicole Richie anyway. The skin and bones starlet was spotted on Tuesday holding hands with her ex-fiance, Adam Goldstein aka DJ AM. Rumors recently swirled that Richie was romancing “Jackass�? star, Steve-O when the pair were seen all over LA together. Perhaps seeing his ex with another man was the kick in the pants Goldstein needed to realize he still had feelings for Richie.

Nicole and Adam met up at Mr. Chow on Tuesday and their public display of affection took place right outside the celebrity eatery. According to Us Weekly, however, it wasn’t the former couple’s first date since they called off their engagement last December. They also met for dinner on February 12. Of that meeting, a witness told Us, "They were seated outside on the patio and held hands across the table."
